Meet our founder

At In The Zone, coaching is led by a qualified Exercise Physiologist and Strength & Conditioning Coach with both high-level academic training and real-world athletic experience. Kye Chamberlain has a background in elite basketball and years of coaching experience. Our focus is on helping athletes and everyday individuals improve performance, build strength, and develop long-term training habits.

As a current NBL1 player for the Warwick Senators, training and performance aren’t just theory, they’re lived every day. This firsthand experience at a competitive level brings practical insight into what it takes to train effectively, stay resilient, and perform when it matters most.
